This reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction, deserving of a 5-star rating. I advise future customers to consider their lumens needs for the best fit. Additionally, I recommend the vendor verify the illuminance of their product to ensure specifications are correct. Original review: Purchased the 8 drops Indra light, investing a significant amount for installation. It looks stunning, but despite being rated at 40W, it barely matches the brightness of a 10W bulb. Customer service responded quickly, but they claimed the light was designed for diffuse lighting. While I understand, it simply does not produce 40W, nor even 10W. Without diffusers, you can look directly at the LED chips without discomfort, even though each drop should be 5W. With a background in photonics, I measured the power going into each drop and found it to be approximately 1.1W instead of 5W! They closed my ticket, believing there was no issue. The website also states that the LEDs are replaceable, which technically they are, but it requires soldering and a specific LED PCB. This isn't something readily available. If any lights are damaged, replacement won't be straightforward. Given the cost, customers should be aware. I initially rated this 2 stars due to misleading information about the illuminance and LED replaceability.
I ordered 9 door stops for a total of £402 on November 24, 2025, expecting delivery by December 1, 2025. After multiple calls to the company based in the USA, I learned that the item had only reached Hong Kong. UPS informed me that it was still there, with no delivery date available since it wasn't in the UK. Please, think twice before buying from this company; they seem untrustworthy. I suspect they may have incentivized positive reviews. I requested to cancel my order and will follow up. After my review, they finally provided an update on December 8, 2025, and UPS delivered the package on December 9, 2025. It's unacceptable to give a customer a delivery date when delays are likely. The choice of UPS is also causing significant delivery issues, leading to numerous negative reviews. It's unfortunate that it took my review to prompt a response. While their follow-up was commendable, the communication remains lacking, and they need to uphold their promises.
