Review Time
The Floor looks great. Running from our porch all through the hall, living room and dining room. Although it's only recently finished hence 4☆, I made sure the floor was properly prepped in all areas, I think that is the key. PS: I used an independent Flooring company.
STAY WELL CLEAR!! we got our kitchen fitted by kitchen depot kitchen we love however the flooring on the other hand is a disgrace. In the 6 months of the LVT being laid the fitter has been back out twice too sort issues with the flooring separating and leaving gaps. We are now onto the 3rd time and it's even worse this time the floor between the hall and kitchen is moving and starting to separate and slot of the edges starting show gaps. We had a moduleo rep out and I had a heated debate for 15 mins on the phone he had a very pompus attitude anytime I disagreed with his opinion he got his back up was trying to then blame us and it's an easy fix he is wanting to glue planks together now forget the 10 year warranty they talk about isn't worth the paper it's written on because they don't want to sort the issue or having to lift the whole flooring up wish I had noticed these reviews before going ahead I won't stop the fight I'll go to trading standards and small claims court if I need too alof of money been wasted.

The worst ever flooring supplier, I am also sure about the flooring fitter definitely know about how worst they are, trying to say my problem instead of them. The flooring looks cheap and thin, easy to be scratch, you need to be careful when you try to move in otherwise the furniture can create holes and you need to fix it. I am regretting everyday as I used them in all my bathroom, with the fitter is not professional and do not apply correctly, the flooring also now with gaps, yes in my bathroom, need to ensure they are dry everyday which I am so sick of.If someone could recommend me a fitter to fix the problem that would be great as cant be bothered to fix it everyday, need someone to fix for me at once!

How can we Moduleo and their retailer, Ramsden Mills to respond to our complaints?Our experience of the product and service has been very poor. I wish we had read the other reviews before buying. Please don't make the same mistake.

Absolute rubbish and waste of money had this down for 3 years and discoloured from the startmore discoloured as it ages imperfections on the boardscannot keep clean dirt constantly getting in groovesvery easiliy scratched or dentednot at all suitable for a large areaAdvice from the manufacturer to use a microfabre cloth to clean is laughable.This was layed on a new build and I'm very disappointed looks cheap in everyway.I
