Anybody considering Moduleo I would urge to reconsider and to use another company such as Amtico or Karndean. We had a floor fitted, the floors were very different from the large sample board and their website images with extreme colour tone/shade variation and grain between planks. The company we used also agreed and called the Moduleo rep out. Both the company we used and the rep stated they had never seen this and agreed it was very bad. They were passing photos to technical. However 45 minutes later technical refused to have any discussions and simply said shade variation occurs.This is supposed to be a luxury product however we are extremely unhappy with our floor. The company we ordered through and have tried and tried with Moduleo but have got nowhere. There is no customer service at all within this company. Avoid at all costs.

Difficult to clean

Difficult to clean, dirt builds up and will not come off easily without hefty scrubbing. Scratches so easily. Would definitely avoid for high traffic areas or if you have dogs.

Some boards were slightly damaged in…

Some boards were slightly damaged in transit to the store and they not only replaced them. They gave us full order plus the packs slightly damaged. So plenty for fitter to work from. Fitter did a lovely job.
