Some boards were slightly damaged in…

Some boards were slightly damaged in transit to the store and they not only replaced them. They gave us full order plus the packs slightly damaged. So plenty for fitter to work from. Fitter did a lovely job.

Poor quality product that gets easily…

Poor quality product that gets easily scratched.Within 2 years multiple scratches appeared despite light use, no shoes worn and furniture having protective pads.Tried to report this to Moduleo, however the warranty claims were rejected “ cannot identify any manufacturing fault or defect within the product”.

Poor quality product that gets easily scratched.Within 2 years multiple scratches appeared despite light use, no shoes worn and furniture having protective pads.Tried to report this to Moduleo, however the warranty claims were rejected “ cannot identify any manufacturing fault or defect within the product”.

LayRed floor started to curve upwards and split after two years.

LayRed floor was fine when first installed, but just over two years later it started to lift at the edges and the planks started to curve upwards at the edges and then split at the joint. I took a couple of planks up and replaced them then returned them to the store and tried to make a warranty claim. After taking photos of the floor and providing one of the curving/cracked planks, the manufacturer (Unlin Flooring) rejected the claim due to incorrect installation. I requested further information with probing questions about other similar failures they may be aware, rates of expansion and pointed out that it had curved along the width not the length which is odd given that the room width is less than the length, so I would expect it to curve along the length if it was an expansion issue. They did not respond to my email and after a call with customer services they refused to deal with me directly. So much for their lifetime warranty.

Worst flooring I’ve ever had. I got the oak grey and let me tell you it’s an absolute nightmare toClean. The only way I could get this clean is with a magic sponge in fact about 20 magic sponges and elbow grease and not to mention sore knees … if anyone can recommend something easier then please let me know 😢 Apparently steam mops aren’t recommended 🤷🏻‍♀️

Biggest mistake I’ve made in years

Biggest mistake I’ve made in years. We’ve had Pergo flooring in the past and never had a problem. This company bought Pergo and this is their most scratch resistant flooring. We’ve not even moved into the room yet, it’s still to be painted, and yet there’s a massive scratch and several smaller ones. £2000 this cost and I feel like crying. The biggest disappointment is that I’ve contacted Moduleo twice and not heard back from them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The Floor looks great!

The Floor looks great. Running from our porch all through the hall, living room and dining room. Although it's only recently finished hence 4☆, I made sure the floor was properly prepped in all areas, I think that is the key. PS: I used an independent Flooring company.
