Review Time
The call center is a nightmare. I 1st spent 1 hour on hold to receive a voice recording advising me to leave a msg. I waited another hour, no call back. I called again, choosing option 8 for a call back. I waited another hour, nothing. I called again, now having 3 hours in, trying to get help.This is a similar occurrence each time I call. While on hold that last time, I rec'd a call from Sara. She was very helpful, along with the gentle m an that called me immediately after with the override code and instructions. Those 2 deserve a 5 star rating.

I had a lockout appointment scheduled on 10/20 at the Diggs St. location in Raleigh. I sat there for over two hours, trying to reach customer service, only to find out that the location they scheduled me for is closed on Mondays—while my car was locked out.From 12:00 PM to 2:45 PM, I waited before finally being told that they issued a bypass code and that I had to drive to Durham. The catch? I couldn’t turn my car off, meaning I had to let it run for three hours, wasting gas, all because of a honey bun violation.There needs to be better communication and coordination between their offices. Yes, we accept responsibility for the DWI and the consequences that come with it, but this kind of experience isn’t part of “paying the price”—it’s just poor business practice.
The module under the dashboard went completely out and they had me to have my vehicle towed to the place in Raleigh NC ( South Raleigh ) and the would reimburse me, I have yet to receive my money, I’m gonna give the until next week.
