Montredo is a very German company. That is to say, they do what they say they are going to do, and do it better. Very good communication, very informative, and very timely. My watch was supposed to ship in 8 to 12 weeks, and I received it in 3 weeks.Love this company, and I will do business with them in the future.
I recently purchased a watch from Montredo and was 100% pleased. It was a hard to find watch that was available at a great price. The watch was new as described. And the communication with the customer service manager was superb. I highly recommend purchasing from them.

Tl;dr: Don’t hesitate to buy from them if you’re outside the EU! They’re legit!Longer version: I had an awesome buying experience with Montredo! I’m in the US (NYC) and was honestly a bit weary at first due to the few domestic reviews for them online (as well as the fact that it was an international purchase and relatively expensive), but am so glad that I went through with them! Their communication was solid, and not only did I get a genuine, brand new, Max Bill at an amazing price (plus no VAT or shipping), but it arrived in a very timely manner (I believe it shipped one week after the purchase date and arrived via DHL one week after that). Everything was packed securely, and it arrived with the box and paperwork from both Junghans and Montredo. The watch itself is stellar—both visually appealing and mechanically sound, running at about +3-5 seconds everyday.To compare buying experiences, I bought a separate watch, simultaneously, from another grey market retailer located in a different borough of NYC due to the aforementioned fears, but ended up having to cancel the order after waiting six weeks for them to “source” the watch that I paid for and that they claimed was in stock (they had no projected acquisition date either, which I had to ask about after waiting for so long). So, if you’re in the market for a nice watch at a great price, go with Montredo. You won’t be disappointed!
