Avoid this platform as they sell devices from a reseller that only last a few weeks. When I asked for a fix or refund, they simply said "out of warranty" and returned the broken item. I ended up losing money, and it’s clear this is not a legitimate operation. Steer clear at all costs.

Terrible service. I ordered a computer that was supposed to be "brand new," but it was not. The battery overheated, so I decided to return it. Two days later, I received a message stating my computer had been stolen and I had to handle the entire process myself. Very poor service.
I bought a laptop through this platform, and the first issue was receiving the wrong color. More concerning was that after only 29 days, the laptop stopped working, and I'm still waiting for my refund while they have relisted the same computer! They don't even respond, yet they are trying to sell the returned laptop without refunding me!
The service was excellent; it's a small business and the person in charge is very friendly. The laptop arrived safely. However, after two months of use, it started to malfunction and shut down unexpectedly, causing me to lose data. I'm trying to reach out to the seller again to utilize the warranty, but they aren't responding.
