They renewed my subsription without notice. I just payed once a smal amount to download pdf. On a web page you dont have account option but says delayed. Still cannot figure out where to cancel may account and subscription.

I am shocked by my experience with this service. I completely agree with the recent reviews labeling it as a "FREE SERVICE"! While working on a crucial document, which took over an hour due to the elderly individuals I was assisting, the entire document suddenly vanished. I called twice yesterday and spoke to a polite young man who suggested the document might have been too large. However, it was almost complete and just needed signatures. After I requested the document be sent to me, he informed me that I would need to pay, or the free service would provide my document within 24 hours. He emailed me an account number along with the initial rules of the document I was working on, which I had not requested. When I called back, another representative (possibly the same) apologized and said I should expect to hear from tech support within 24 hours. Today, I called again, provided my account number, and encountered the rudest representative ever! After a frustrating conversation, she insisted I needed to pay first, told me that tech support couldn't assist me, and that my document was lost. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused and abruptly hung up on me!
This service is incredibly frustrating. You are required to pay upfront before viewing even a single line of their translation. I submitted a document for translation, and while they claimed everything would be translated, I could only see the title, which was poorly done. To access the rest of the content, I had to pay. In short, it feels like they are just trying to take your money while delivering a subpar, machine-generated translation reminiscent of outdated technology.

I've emailed the support team requesting a refund, so we'll see what happens. The '24/7' chat support claims to connect you with an agent, but nothing ever happens. This gives me the impression that this is a clear scam.

I asked for a translation of a Word document from English to Croatian, but after all the "processing", I received it back in English. Clearly a scam. Later, they managed to translate a PDF from English to Croatian, but they couldn't transfer or translate from the board to PDF.
