With morgen.so I consolidate various sources of tasks and appointments: a Google calendar from work, Obsidian tasks and other dataview lists to tick off - and auto-book time. These integrate smoothly, like I always wanted it. Blocking time became much easier. Creating new appointments directly in morgen.so is a breeze, online meeting mode is just one convenient extra click.The could-be-better aspects are not strictly this app's negative: often, the mobile app notifies me hours late about a meeting I already attended, or an appointment that is long "done". This may be a shortcoming of Android, but it looks like there is room for improvement here.
Great product. it's aesthetic and gives me total visibility across all my calendars (personal, business, etc.) and ongoing projects.Their support is amazing also - you can tell they really care about their customers. Thanks Morgen!
I'm involved in different companies simultaneously, so having a single calendar app that links into Google and Outlook in the different businesses is tremendously useful. I sometimes use the booking link, and I've used their task scheduling a little bit for time blocking, but I tend to have a separate to-do list app. It does work though, and I think this is a very good app.
UPDATED January 29, 2026:I've moved my review down to 1 star. They removed a functionality that I relied on (on a daily basis) and did not communicate it. To say I'm disappointed is mild. I based the rest of my calendaring techstack off of Morgen so now I have to figure it all out again. Morgen allows me to see ALL my various calendars in one place, everything color-coded and always up on a screen behind my laptop. I was diagnosed as ADHD (hyperactive/impulsive) with Executive Function deficits in December at the age of 55. It explains so many things about my life thus far. When I started to build a business, I had so many different calendars and to-do lists - it was driving me mad. Also - time-blindness is REAL. Morgen allows me a sense of security when looking at and dealing with my schedule.
I am very grateful that I use this gemstone software every day I hope to improve more the user experice like kanban view or the week and planner day for time boxing and also make the ai review what you do in your day and give you future next actions
Your calendar is only place where you truly visualize your time in relation to your objectives. So you have one shot to do this right.Problem is, I have many accounts, so I have many calendars. But not one place to view it all.After the sunsetting of Rise, I luckily found a new dawn with Morgen. It has all the magic you want. Easy sync with all accounts, AI auto-schedule with Frames, and most importantly Notion integration for perfect system integration for both personal and business use.The only problem I have is that the icon is not the same as the native calendar, so I sometimes open my almost empty Apple Calendar and get reminded why I'm so happy with Morgen .
