I have been using MotionVFX on an amateur level for over 10 years. I am impressed with the excellent workmanship of the templates. The other day, when I wanted to use a template for Finalcutpro (Project558) that I purchased several years ago for video editing, I almost gave up because it was not working properly, but I contacted the chat support (Help) to give it a try. They responded immediately and after several exchanges, they were able to fix the problem quickly and successfully! I was amazed. Even though I do not speak English well, I was able to communicate well with the translation tool, and I am grateful for the experience of being guided to a solution.Whenever I have a problem, "Help" responds quickly and courteously. Thank you. I will continue to use MotionVFX for many years to come.
