Superior products

I have subscriptions to other services but I always turn to MotionVFX when I want QUALITY. Another advantage is most of the templates are modular, which means most projects you also receive the animations as seperate modules. This is really helpful so you're not locked into a single timeline in the order it comes. PLUS their customer service is AMAZING. I had an issue with a project the other day (I'm in Australia) and as soon as they woke up in Poland, they got back to me, MODIFIED THE PROJECT and sent it back. I mean, that is rare these days. Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing help with a difficult track

Was having difficulty with tracking a tough shot in a project. The guys at MotionVFX gave a number of insightful directions and demos to make it happen. Everyone was generous and patient with their time and responses to help get the project done.

All the plug-ins and everything I have…

All the plug-ins and everything I have got up to now is 5 star. Easy to use if you have trouble there always tutorials and help. I had a issue with my account do to a problem with my email provider. And it was solve in no time. I do feel that everything is at a very professional level.

MotionVFX is a superior product

MotionVFX is a superior product. I use plug-ins from about five different companies, and MotionVFX surpasses them all--from the ease of purchase, to the easy install and updates via mInstaller, to the helpful tutorials, the ease of use, and the quality of the product. But above all, their customer service is top notch. Recently, I ran into trouble with a product update (following the Final Cut Pro and OS update). Jakub and Marcel stayed with me until I could make it work--they were patient and thorough and really seemed to care. Thank you to the whole MotionVFX team, from the engineers to George's tutorials (love George!) to the customer service team. Your work helps my work look professional.
