If I could offer no stars I would - I bought a Mazda 3 from Motor Giant LTD in April 2024, by October 3rd 2024 I was at work on my way to a patients home (I am a Community Nurse with NHS so car is vital) I was travelling on A6, my car started bellowing smoke and the smoke was thick the car then had cut out on me on the A6 which as young lady very scary and dangerous! I then had to pay to get my car towed to a specialist garage in Loughborough- this garage then looked at my car quickly and noticed my oil was thick and clumpy (almost a solid as the mechanic expressed) he then asked when my last service was- i then answered i have had this car for 5 months and the garage I had bought from (Motor Giant LTD) had done a FULL service and OIL change which I was lead to believe as I had a stamp in my book - the new garage did a full service and and a full engine flush including an oil change, which was costing me a further £400! They had called me after this was done and it wasn't good news! The specialist garage had reported that this was unsuccessful due to the oil travelled allover my engine and in my exhaust system- all in the places it shouldn't be in and this was a 4k fix!!! Bare in mind this car cost me 6.7k! I then had called Motor Giant LTD to inform of this and the findings- i had spoken to owner/manager i believe and on this phone call he was very rude and abrupt! He gave the attitude of that he was not bothered and there is nothing they can do! you don't buy a car for it to be good as dead 5 months later!! I have since gone through CAB who had provided me with email templates to send to Motor Giant LTD on numerous occasions for correspondence to resolve this matter out of the courts, in which they had never replied or communicated with me. CAB has now advised me to take Motor Giant LTD to a small claims court in which again I have communicated to Motor Giant LTD and yet still no correspondence. I have had to take time off from work for stress which had impacted my family- my young son! Not to mention the financial implications its had on me and my family. AVOID THIS GARAGE!! Unless you want your car to break on you months after purchasing! Plenty of bad reviews of Motor Giant LTD on google- look for yourself! Definitely would not recommend this garage at all!! Shocking cowboy operations they don’t care, no after sale service whatsoever and I’m out of pocket for this car and had to buy a cheap runabout for my work.
SCAM company in PETERBOROUGH - a DODGY vehicle dealer. They sell you FAULTY DEATH TRAP cars which have passed MOTs at their OWN garage. They are BULLYS & will not refund your money as they have too by LAW. STAY WELL AWAY!!! RUN! They have cost me thousands.

Bought a car that we had to return within 48 hours due to not being as described and having some major faults. Also stated it had full service history and warranty and that they'd forward it all to us but actually it had neither. They agreed on the return and accepted the car back, said refund would be processed in 14 days. Excuse after excuse for reasons of no refund which resulted in us having to go to court. Finally after 8 months we got our money back. Be very careful buying a car from these people, after lots of research it seems they like to do this often and then close the business and start up a new one. We're one of the lucky ones to have actually got our money back.
