I purchased the Mulberry X Mira Mikati Canvas Tote in January 2024 for my daughter as it’s cute and a nice remembrance for the Year of the Dragon. It wasn’t used until we went to Japan late March 2024. To our disappointment, the stitching on the handle started to unwind on the 1st use! Luckily I had a safety pin which we used to re-attached it. I have since approached Mulberry Customer Service to address this quality issue. They replied after 5 working days with a link for care & repair. Great until, I discovered I have to pay for this! Why should I be responsible to the cost when it’s a product quality issue - a product not fit for purpose? I have acquired many Mulberry bags over the years and after this experience, I won’t be buying their products anymore.
Purchased a pair of trainers in the sale on Thursday 6th and still not received them and today is 11th June. No house number is on the parcel and DPD have refused the delivery and now sent it back to Mulberry. Customer Service is absolute shocking, they don’t care whatsoever. Can’t send me another pair as there aren’t any in the size and colour which I find hard to believe for what I “thought” was a luxury brand. So now have a further wait for them to be received and resent out. What an absolute shambles!!!
My husband and I visited the Battersea store last weekend to choose my birthday present. I wanted to gain some advice regarding the different sizes and colours available in the 'Antony' range. (I could have ordered online from John Lewis with some vouchers I had, but thought using a store would be a better 'experience') The shop assistant (name: Shumoney?) was unhelpful, dismissive, un-attentive with no manners. She could hardly be bothered to answer any of my questions and made me feel as though I was interrupting her 'standing-around-doing-nothing'. I was really disappointed as we had made a special trip up to Battersea from Guildford as buying a Mulberry handbag is not an 'everyday' purchase. I certainly won't be recommending this store to anyone.
Ordered a gift card for my wife....took 5 days to arrive (despite paying extra for DPD courier) When I opened the parcel, the gift card letter was addressed to someone else and was the incorrect value. Basic error that should not happen. Currently waiting to hear back from customer service.......long wait.
Mulberry sold me a faulty bag. Refused to honour their warranty and wanted £££ to fix. When I said it was too much they gaslighted me by saying it was to pay their staff fair wages.Honestly better treatment from high street, seeing these reviews makes me sick. I hope they continue to get bad press. Stay clear!!!
I ordered two bags with cardholders online. I need an UPS label with invoice to return it. I'm now more than a week trying to get this. I received a label and invoice with the wrong amount. Everyday they promise me that I will receive the right label and invoice. I'm very angry. And it's not possible to return them in the store because there is an online return process now. I'm afraid that the bags will be returned too late. Even though they say it's their fault.
21 April I ordered a wallet (€300). I changed my mind an hour later and immediately cancelled the order.22 April I received and email that my order was on its way.The only thing I could do according to the customer service was returning the wallet. Finally the package arrived. Then started the hassle of returning it to the UK from Belgium. You need to stick three invoices on the box I found out at the UPS station.I never received one. Back home asking for it. Two or three mails I finally got it.Back to the UPS station.May 24 I got my money back on my CC.More than a month later.W55946918.Suggestion to Mulberry. Read your mail in the morning before shipping. But the overall impression was they just don’t care.
