Absoloutley disgusting

Absoloutley disgusting, I ordered a bag for my wifes birthday on October 11th for delivery on the 12th. The item was shipped and never arrived. I contacted Mulberry customer care via email and was fobbed off for the first week. Then, no contact at all for a further 3 weeks. I am emailing pretty much every day at this point requesting a call but no-one is bothering to either reach out of even read the emails, and the customer care phone number just directs you to email them. Disgraceful.

I have just been to the Molby and it was a fantastic Sunday lunch staff were fantastic. Quality was exceptional. My partner was a vegetarian. She had the nut roast and she said it was absolutely amazing. I had the beef which was exceptionally good too. everything about it even to the staff were amazing. I look forward to visiting the Cabe again thank you guys.

Current season cheaper in outlet

Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing, my exact handbag was £300 cheaper in the outlet in the same week and when I complained was told the outlet sells full price items, sale items and faulty items. The bag was perfect in the outlet and I could have returned the original but since I had used it didn’t want to do that. Won’t trust them again.

I went on here to check if anything had improved with Mulberry since my own terrible experience where they never sent me a £700 bag I purchased. The box came with nothing inside it. I made multiple complaints . Was treated like I was in the wrong. No refund. Shockingly bad and rude customer service. Looks like nothing has changed. They should be ashamed of themselves. How they can continue to treat customers this way . These bad experiences have been going on for 2 years. I will also never purchase anything from them again having bought bags before I had the above happen . They are now cheating customers out of their hard earned money with sub standard products and trying to pass off old for new . Shame on you Mulberry

I have been a customer of Mulberry for over 10 years and only purchase my bags/purses etc from them. My latest bag unfortunately was not fit for purpose and the leather leaked onto the fabric of the main bag when it got wet. The customer care team were amazing in their support and i would like to personally thank Saffron for all of her help. My bag was promptly reviewed and once it was deemed unfixable, i was provided with a gift voucher equal to the purchase price so that i could order a new one, Saffron even contacted stores to find one that I would like - thank you for your help! There is a reason you pay for high quality brands

Strap

I already have 3 bags which I have had no issues with. I bought the Billie recently and the strap keeps coming apart and the bag falls to the ground. when using I have to continuously hold the strap. Very disappointed indeed. Probably won't buy another bag in the future from this brand

I decided to purchase a mulberry bag for my birthday after going thought surgery.However it was sent what looks to be a second hand used bag!I do not believe that this bag was not ever been used !I am very upset ..The box was damaged the bag looked tarnished and dirty the leather looks poorly looked after … very unprofessional of Mulberry !

You will receive a bill for shipping and tax long after you have received something from the Mulberry online store. So if you consider buying something, you must add 30% to the price. At least!

No confirmation of purchase, no notification of shipping, no receipt and no answer to emails requesting information from customer services. Item has arrived but not sure what anyone is supposed to do if there’s an issue.

Poor quality - no longer made to last

Purchased a Billie bag 3 years ago, which had to be replaced 2 years ago as it was substandard. The replacement has been lightly used and the padlock and chain have broken. Mulberry refusing to give me a replacement padlock without me paying over £100. A £900 bag should last a lot longer than their one year warranty. I have 7 other mulberry bags, some of which are around 8 years old and they are still in excellent condition. They clearly are not producing the quality products they once did. I will never purchase another mulberry product.
