A bit off topic but I am a small business owner who used the word mulberry after my 300 year old cottage with a mulberry tree in the garden to name my natural skincare company Pure Mulberry. After many hours and money spent advertising and attracting my own followers Mulberry handbags have have used their muscle to get my facebook page shut down. They're either going into skincare themselves or they have no confidence in their handbag brand. Its just bullying really and having read their recent reviews I can see why they've switched reviews off their facebook page. Using their name to sell cheaply made handbags using dead animals. No wonder they feel so nervous. They think they are the only ones able to use the name of a tree which shows such a lack of awareness. They'll be out of business soon
Shockingly poor experience. Had to return my order W55793115 and returned using Mulberry’s courier DPD. After a week there was no further updates on the tracking so called into Mulberry to help but they basically said it was never dropped off despite providing the drop off receipt and tracking details! If DPD have lost the return that’s no fault of me the customer! Would like someone from Mulberry to please contact me to resolve.
I called the Mulberry Customer Care office today to request some post-purchase information and I couldn’t have received a more informative, prompt and helpful response. I corresponded by phone and email with both Izzy and Maya and on each occasion was met with a wonderfully cheery and ‘no problem’ attitude. I cannot praise the service I have received today enough, having been looked after so well by both Izzy and Maya. I highly recommend the Mulberry customer care service and their lovely products overall. Thank you so much!
I’ve bought several Mulberry bags over the years and have always loved them. However I’m disappointed to see that some bags are now manufactured in China and Turkey and you can certainly tell the quality and finishing isn’t the same. I bought a Medium Lily last year, made in China, and I’ve just purchased an Antony, made in Turkey. The quality of these bags is not a patch on some of my much older bags. I don’t expect to pay hundreds of pounds on bags made in China and Turkey. I won’t be buying any more; sadly.
I purchased an authentic Anthony messenger bag in 2019, which I has been cherished and hardly used. It is still like new apart from the lock fastening. Please be aware that the gold coloured lock / backplate is not solid metal but is plated, which I was unaware of upon purchase, ( I mistakenly thought that an item costing almost £500 would be made from quality materials ie a solid metal)The top layer of the metal plating is lifting, chipped and looks a mess . I have written to Mulberry and provided photos of the bag and its otherwise excellent condition. It looks like a cheap imitation handbag but it is a genuine article.Mulberry customer services have informed me that it will cost me another £80 to have the lock replaced . (Presumably the same thing could happen again in the future). This has put me off buying any further Mulberry handbags.I thought that I was investing in a quality product - this is not the case, I’m sorry to say.
We recently had the pleasure of working with the Manager and assistant site manager, Matt and Ashley, at the Braintree development in the process of moving into our new build home, and I must say, their performance was exceptional. From the moment we met, they displayed a remarkable level of attentiveness, ensuring that all our concerns and queries were promptly addressed. Their helpfulness was truly commendable, as they went above and beyond to assist us with any issues that arose during the move-in process. Moreover, their thoroughness was evident in their attention to detail. They meticulously inspected every aspect of the property to ensure that everything was in order before we settled in. Their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was truly reassuring and greatly appreciated.Additionally, we cannot overstate how friendly and approachable they were throughout our interactions. They consistently maintained a positive attitude and made us feel welcome in our new home. Their friendly approach helped alleviate any stress associated with the moving process, making the experience much more enjoyable.Overall, I would highly recommend both Matt and Ashley for their exceptional performance. Their attentiveness, helpfulness, thoroughness, and friendly demeanor made the transition into our new build home a seamless and pleasant experience. They are a true asset to the Mulberry team, and we are most grateful for their outstanding service
Shockingly poor quality for the price! I bought a computer bag. The handle broke . It was not even leather but rather a thinly leather coated material that crumbled when I touch it. Shame because 20 ago they made really strong good bags . One of them I still have that travelled with me across three continents.
My husband bought me a purse and I’m extremely disappointed after spending all this money expecting good quality the components in this purse are not made to last, although mulberry are extremely happy to charge another £150 to repair it !! After purchasing 3bags and 2 purses will be looking elsewhere from now on !
Terrible bag Bought the Bayswater at Bicester outlet and within 3 weeks the leather was peeling. Couldn’t believe it Took the bag bag and they said it’s few days over the 30 days period.. it’s unbelievable that with such a name so poor quality and awful customer service
