We have booked our last couple of holidays with Jennifer at the Forres branch and received excellent service. It's so nice to speak to someone face to face and feel confident that all your travel arrangements have been dealt with. The other staff in the branch are helpful to, there's also a good selection of brochures to take home. Highly recommend them.
Very helpful staff. Jen helped design a holiday that reflected all our requirements. Having direct flighted and beautiful boutique hotels were exactly what we wanted. All arrangements went well and we had a super holiday. A great service from Murray Travel and Jen.
We were absolutely delighted with the holiday Aimee at Murray Travel booked for us. We were given a few options to choose from and we decided to opt for the river cruise as we had never experienced this kind of trip before. From the first time we met Aimee, right through to our return, we were very impressed with the quality of service offered. I usually book all our holidays abroad which can be quite stressful making sure everything goes well, on this occasion Aimee found and booked the holiday, confirmed all travel and accommodation and even checked us in 24 hours before our departure time. We collected our documents and special travel tags for our luggage which meant our cases would have been tracked if they’d gone missing and we had no concerns about our itinerary as it was all confirmed and booked through Murray Travel. Now that we’re home we’ve already gone back to see Aimee today to see where our next adventure will take us. We highly recommend Murray Travel in Forres, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Carla at Murray Travel was fantastic. We had an idea of what we wanted but she provided all the information and options to us clearly and helped us decide the best option to suit our needs.We wanted to visit Peru to trek the Inca Trail and it was beyond a doubt the best experience of our lives. Carla recommended Intrepid as a tour company and we could not fault them. Their ethical approach and understanding on the more tricky parts of the trail were invaluable.Peru is beautiful but the Inca Trail is a once in a lifetime trip and could not recommend it enough. From the views, to camping above the clouds, to seeing alpacas at the sun gate, it was honestly stunning. Our only regret was not staying longer.Would definitely recommend Murray Travel and Carla herself. Everything was organised and the fine details taken care of. It took the stress out of a very intense holiday.
