Unable to log onto account. Seems to be no way to log on. The primary The problem is the site does not recognizethe (correct) password. To change the password you are first asked to put in the password (which the system cannot identify)Then create a new password which the system kicks out as an error. Spent time on line trying to ID a work around. Nothing. Some days later, a carefully described solution was provided. The solution worked. I Greatly appreciate the efforts made to address the problem.
Not worth it! Very deceitful and money hungry. Not informative at all. And the little information they do give you isn’t always accurate. Don’t waste your money. 36% of their reviews being 1 star should say it all. Customer service is as useless as the website. You’ve been warned.
