I’ve used MyExpatTaxes for the last 3 or 4 years - it’s a very good tool. My one quibble is that, when submitting info for FBAR filing, one has to repeatedly enter the full address of one’s financial institution for each account. There should be an option to populate the fields using the previous entry.
Fast,easy to use and through. I’ve been filing my own taxes for decades ( I was a tax fraud investigator), but wasn’t confident in filing as an expat. I have confidence in the expert review of my filing. I’m going to use this service every year- great job!
The actual filing experience is almost perfect at this point. Year after year, I file my taxes and it takes little or not time to get it all done. Though I would recommend a more reasonable price for the base rate. Seeing as people are basically self preparing their returns with the help of your software, I feel a more competitive price might attract more people to your wonderful service. Otherwise, I'm happy as a clam.
