reactive, intuitive, quick. Customer service even emailed me when I made a mistake and quickly provided a refund. I've tried tons of online tax filing systems and as an expat there never seems to be one that adapts to my conditions. this is the best I've ever found. Will absolutely use next year.
This is my second year filing with MyExpatTaxes after trying multiple other filers in the past. I prefer them over others. I love the format of the online form, I get my answers answered quickly via chat or email, and I am always pleasantly surprised at how quick and yet thorough they are with finalizing my return. I also find that their prices are very reasonable which is one of the main reasons I switched to them!
Seriously MyExpatTaxes is the best. Even with a fairly complicated tax year their filing 'software' is the only one that takes into account the things that matter for me. Also their customer service is really exceptional. My only gripe (-1star) is the price which is kind of not really their fault as they actually have pretty reasonable pricing, but a fault of...having to pay to file your US taxes. The early bird specials are okay but I missed it entirely this year because I never received an email when it was on offer. Cannot recommend MyExpatTaxes enough though for at the very least their system and support is super good.
