This is a scam. Do not purchase from this seller. He seems friendly, but be cautious. It took months for delivery, with over seven rescheduling attempts. He promised a refund for weeks and blamed my bank for the delay. My bank advised me to dispute the charges to investigate the non-refund. It turned out the owner never initiated the refund and responded to the dispute by claiming he had delivered the item. All the while, he insisted that the money was sent from his end, placing the blame on my bank. This entire experience lasted three months and was a nightmare, ultimately resulting in no delivery.
This is a fraudulent operation. Avoid making purchases from this individual. While he appears friendly, caution is advised. It took months for delivery, with over seven rescheduled dates. Throughout this ordeal, he insisted the money was sent from his side and that it was my bank's issue. This three-month nightmare resulted in no treadmill.
There was a lot of follow-up via email, but it became evident they were not interested in assessing the problem in person. In the final communication, they suggested we cut the mats off our treadmills! We hadn't received a clear diagnosis of the issue. Lacking experience in treadmill maintenance, we hesitated to proceed with such drastic measures, especially since we were unsure if it was necessary. We turned to another provider who was excellent. They arrived quickly, fixed both treadmills in under 15 minutes, and did not require any cutting. The treadmills now run exceptionally well. We are grateful for the alternative service and feel the initial advice could have led to extended downtime and unnecessary costs. I am sharing my experience to warn others about potentially misleading guidance.
The website is deceptive. I made a payment on May 8, received confirmation under #1008-FR, and despite numerous emails (there is no phone contact), I have neither received the product nor a response. I am now considering legal action as I am a lawyer.
I purchased the original shorts with the four pads at the start of the pandemic. I was eager to use them as recommended by my physiotherapist for rehabilitation after Lyme disease. However, after a few uses, they caused severe sciatic pain. I immediately contacted them for a return, but their response was that they had warned against purchasing for those with health issues, despite advertising a 90-day return policy. This response was baffling to me and my physiotherapist, as a proper EMS or TENS machine should not worsen my condition. Now, in 2022, I want to try using them again, but the pads have lost all stickiness, despite being stored correctly. I reached out for new pads but received no reply. I would advise against spending money on these shorts, as a TENS machine with EMS settings works just as well, if not better, based on my experience.
Fraudulent operation!! I regret not checking reviews first! I received my shorts in August, but they only worked a few times. I emailed for a refund, but they refused and offered to send another pair instead. They sent another ineffective pair! Since then, I haven’t been able to reach anyone; my emails go unanswered!
