We booked the flat they have in Blackburn next to the station, and guess what? No heating in the cold of January, a filthy kitchen, a faulty fire alarm and clogged sinks. We have been in chat with them and they offered a refund but they asked to pay for one night because we already checked in, what a joke. By the way, the refund was never received and they don’t reply to my emails anymore.
I love the color blend of my studio.It was an amazing apartment. Definitely worthhhhh the money man. I’m so happy. I wish I could extend my stay. Great Customer service too. My money well spent. Thank you Stayzeni Hardwick house.!!!
We stayed in southwood house apartments this weekend for a family get together. We were all so impressed. We used 3 apartments altogether. Every one was beautiful. Immaculate and had everything you would need for your stay. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for somewhere to stay and we will definitely return.
had a very disappointing experience with this property hosting company. Communication was absolutely terrible—emails and requests were ignored, leaving me completely in the dark. When issues arose, such as problems with the property, I reached out multiple times and never received a response. It felt like they simply didn’t care about their guests or providing a good experience.For a company in the hospitality business, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Guests deserve timely and clear communication, especially when things go wrong. I would not recommend booking with them unless you’re okay with being left on your own if any problems arise.
PROS: Early check in was granted, nice apartment, clean and fresh. Modern kitchen and furniture, quality linen/bedding, efficient electric hearing system. Lift to all 5 floors. Fantastic location, easy walk to city centre. Good parking for £3 a night, although this charge is not mentioned on booking.com. Good washer/dryer and dishwasher, large fridge freezer and ironing facilities. Wifi and Netflix. Plenty of hot water and good showers.CONS: No wifi for first 24 hours, a major inconvenience. No Privacy as windows are large and if on lower floors you are on view to everyone else. Blinds in addition to the curtains would solve this. Stains on coffee table. Small towel rails in bathrooms is all you have to hang anything. Hooks on bathroom doors would solve this. Grab rail in bath area would be handy, we are not all steady on our feet! A couple of detergent pods for the washing machine/dishwasher would be handy.
