Communication is terrible. Washing machine has worked its way into the middle of the floor. Reported 9am still awaiting maintenance at 3.30. Settee is like sitting on the floor the cushions have worn out. The dining chairs are dangerous wobbly
Very clean, quiet, gave us two sets of keys and provided everything we needed! The only “bad” thing I could say is that the kettle is a little weird as it keeps boiling sometimes but that’s nothing. I look forward to book your accommodation whenever I’m in Manchester or in UK 🇬🇧 as a whole.Thank you🙏🏾
Very poor communication and promised to solve some problems like apartment temperature with no action toll check out date .And till now after 12 days of check out they didn’t release the deposit amount . Calling them many times to un- hold the amount with no action .
Great little apartment, excellent location, rates were fantastic.Would stay again.Couple of things to point out. Blinds could use some maintenance, and there were zero kitchen towels or wipes of any kind. Being able to wipe the kitchen counters is a must.
