Review Time
Never seen this website or signed up for it but they have been taking £15 out of my account for many many months, been so busy I have not spotted this earlier.I never sign up for any scheme of this type as I wouldn't use them.Any idea how I get my money back would be useful.
It seems like i have signed up for it just today. the only issue is that it doesn't tell you that there is any payment that needs to be made. I haven't had any money taken out of my account just yet because im apparently on a trial period. But i canceled my subscription and spoke to the service team and they stated that there will be no money taken out of my account. It seems like a hidden fee but i dont think scam is what you would call it because they provide you with the service.. i might have to update this next month when he so called 'Trial Period' ends on both services but i do understand that i am also partially to blame.
I read other people's review. not sure that I have signed up for this reward programme. I got a new credit card and within a month i should have sign for this but i cannot recollect that; will email customer service and hope to get my money back.
Mytimerewards really isn’t a scam, though it’s perhaps a bit disingenuous. I’ve been a member for several years now, which gets me 10% cash back at many sites such as Opodo (flights), Expedia, Trainline, Ticketmaster and See Tickets etc. it does cost £15 per month but I have earned much more that I have paid (especially when traveling for work) - I’ve made well over £1000 of basically free money. Everyone who says it’s a scam basically signed up for it without reading what they were signing up for, so it’s there own fault really and I don’t have much sympathy. It does seem that they don’t make it obvious to perhaps try and catch people out so it could be more transparent judging by the reviews on here. But why would you enter your details without reading what for. So it’s not a scam if you know what you’re signing up for, and can be quite lucrative if you use it properly.
Should be no stars. Have just asked credit card for statements and have noticed £30 a month been taken by this company since October 2020. I have never heard of or signed up to them. It would seem something to do with a purchase I made from Debenhams or Argos. Please take care when ordering things on line. I will be in future
It basically dupes you into a loyalty scheme, which costs £15 pm. The scheme, IMHO, offers a poor deal and I doubt anyone would sign up for this intentionally. There are various different schemes with brands like MyTime Rewards and Complete Savings UK. So you may be signed up for many. Many people it seems are unware they have even signed up. Sign up often occurs when you are on a legitimate website, in our case thetrainline.com, where the legitimate company have created some sort of financial deal or kick back with the loyalty scheme provider and other scheme affiliates. Usually they have allowed this company to advertise or integrate themselves into the buying process for an intended purchase. The loyalty scheme provider websites are well dodgy - with little context about company structure, ownership, office locations etcFrom initial research these names seem to be linked, note there's a lot of rebranding and sub companies etc and a lot of these seem to trace back to a $bn US company. My early enquires surfaced: mytimerewards.co.uk/tenerity.com/completesavingsblog.co.uk/cxloyalty.co.ukshopperdisc.co.uk/Why isn't the serious fraud office or europol looking into this company ? Webloyalty International SARL Company SA, 23 route de Crassier (Business Park Terre Bonne, Bâtiment A3), 1262 Eysins Switzerland no CHE-344.043.246 ("WL, "us" or "we"").and US fraud authorities looking in to any connection with:AFFINION GROUP HOLDINGS (name changed) Subsidiaries of Affinion Group, Inc - SEC.gov
