Review Time
I have now twice been signed up without asking to, costing me over £60 total (4 "monthly" payments of £15).Customer service is useless.Avoid at all costs, be very careful when buying National Express tickets - that's how I was signed up (according to Customer Service anyway).[EDIT] After days of emailing back and forth I have finally been refunded the full amount, although in the meantime I had to take it up with my bank so they could block MyTime from taking any more money from my account.I honestly don't think they expected me to chase them up at all, which is a pretty poor way of running a scam.A couple of my friends also say they've had problems similar to mine, although they were signed up through National Rail & Moonpig so be very careful with those too.
Saw it on trainline saying I could get cash back so I signed up and now I’m having £15 taken out of my account even though I wasn’t told anywhere that I’d be charged nor did I give permission for it. I’ve called them 3 times and every time I get on hold to them the call ends. A scam of a company.
Had money taken from my credit card for 3 consecutive months at £15 a time and for their sister company complete savings a total of £90 At no time dId I knowingly subscribe to them and I never received any confirmation by any media that they would be taking this money. I did a survey through train line and that’s how they got me. It is a scam and I am currently battling to get the money back. I would not recommend you have anything to do with this company or it’s sister company.
This is a fraud. They have duplicated web-site CompleteSavings and bounce you back and forth making create two accounts and then silently charge twice, deliberately obfuscating the fact of upcoming charges and dates.Obviously notification e-mail is not sent from any of the 2 web-sites, because both are a scam
I ordered a pizza from papa johns, i then received an email saying click here for future rewards on purchases through xyz, ok ty, not a single mention of payments to them monthly.Ten months later i notice they've been taking £15 out of my acc twice a month! Near start and end.I called bank and blocked them, then reported them to the fraud team, I then let as many online companies as possible know about this scam then emailed them for an explaination of this bs.I have since received an email saying i'll get all payments back in 3-5 days, i'll wait and see.
I never gave them my bank details but I did try to get money back from a rail ticket purchase on Trainline. I feel scammed. They have taken £15 from my account for over a year and I’ve got nothing to show for it. The police will be notified - the fraud squad needs to get into this organisation
