This company covet it ads under different merchants. Customer service informed me that I signed up the day I placed order from Papa Jones, but wait a minute how come I did not realise that. That was so deceitful of them I told customer service, I was furious and embittered and got them to cancel my unknown membership and requested for a refund ASAP. It was a terrible experience.
I signed up for a Trainline discount and MyTimeRewards as a £15 monthly deduction was very sneakily squeezed in without confirmation emails or any transparency from the companyIf anyone has had the same experience and tried to cancel but does not know their membership number, search your email inbox for moneytimerewards and there may be one from them with your membership number on it that looks like any other ordinary spam email.Then phone - this part was very straightforward.
This company is a complete rip off, misleading information, I don’t recall asking them to take money out of my account, scam through and through do not, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS, the whole thing is untrue, another nasty scammer taking advantage of people
