I wish I could give 0 stars. More companies should be aware of this scam.I’d seen £15 coming out of my account every month from My Time Rewards and Complete Savings. Never signing up for this, but there was a cash back option on trainline on the same day, which I never got so I assume these are linked. I was in a rush at the time so potentially a silly mistake.Nonetheless, this service has no apparent rewards, and seems to be a way of taking money and hoping for it to go un noticed for most victims. ——IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU——Just call up and interrupt them until they agree to cancel and refund the monies, this has just been promised so hopefully this happens!
I have just noticed £15 taken out of my bank account from this company that I have never even heard of let alone given my bank details to. I can bearly even afford to feed my kids so why would I sign up to give money away to a company I know nothing about. How do I get this money back?
As I have read through all the messages it seems clear this company is bogus. Misleading issue but it’s a problem that they don’t intend to solve. I was purchasing from a site called “MY PROTEIN” after I had finished a small voucher popped up on the page. I thought i was signing with the fact it said ” £15 off of a next purchase” the company “My protein”. I only noticed recently thatpayments of £15 had been going out of my account every month since December 2020.I also noticed I started getting charged from COMPLETE SAVINGS AND MY TIME REWARDSBoth the same company as I can see their postal address is the exact same.I have called and cancelled. I also blocked them from my bank. I explained that I had never used the service due to not even being fully aware this was a “subscription fee” I never received an email until a whole month after the sign up. I noticed this recently. That was a bit odd. I did manage to get refunded but these things can go Unnoticed and people could not realise the charges going through monthly. Please all be aware.
If there was an option to leave no star I would these people are fraudulent lying gits! £15 pounds a month and what rewards! Just emailed to cancel and on Monday I’m calling them and my bank to try and get a refund! Damn swines! Horrific!
This company tagged an offer to my ProBikeKit order & I stupidly signed up for it without checking all the "small print". Once signed up I immediately noticed they charge your account £15 on a monthly basis & somehow they seemed to have tagged another £15 per month service called Complete Savings to it.I cancelled my account immediately it became obvious they were going to make withdrawals from my account. After waiting a week for a reply, the company have said they still intend to take the money from my account at the end of the first month & I am not satisfied with that as I cancelled immediately & I've told the company my feelings in a further email.I have now lodged a complaint with a consumer body & please take this as a formal complaint about your services My Time Rewards & Complete Savings. I've also advised ProBikeKit of my dissatisfaction in this matter, despite ProBikeKit's otherwise good service
