Zero stars if I could give nothing. after been a customer for approx 10yrs. There customer service is shocking. I have asked since Feb to cancel contracts but they refused and keep taken money out of my account. When again I chased them again they said I can't cancel i have to call back I 30days prior to contract ending I said I am now giving notice. So they refused to follow my request kept taken money out of my bank. When i cancelled this payment they said I could not cancel until outstanding balance is paid. I refused to pay as I always paid my bills and they refused to cancel back In feb so why should I pay for a service I do not want and I can't change as they would not unlock my number. They eventually gave me option to pay as you go and I have now thankfully changed providers immediately. Vodafone Is terrible service. Broadband was terrible connection issues. I would recommend Eir they have been exceptional with no issues at all.
Last Monday 20th January my tv and Internet stopped working. I rang the company Vodafone the next day to report this. Got the usual "we are dealing with the situation " this is now Sunday 26th and nothing is fixed. I'm furious as I'm expected to pay €120 at the end of the month plus Netflix. Their customer service is just not good enough. I feel totally powerless as I can't reply to any of the texts they have sent me, all of which are the same. I rang them again on Thursday 24th and was told not to be ringing, they would let me know when the problem is fixed ! I'm fuming. I definitely will be finding a different service provider as soon as is possible.
I'm with Vodafone Ireland broadband and TV 5 year's. At the beginning minor issues always fixed. Then April of this year change came with new TV play stream boxes you had change over as they were switching off the old reliable boxes. 2 boxes required and received main box worked OK multi room not so. They are unable to connect both boxes to my account number and won't give me a date of completion. Text every week apologies should be fixed in 5 more days on and on. Ringing is like ping bong bouncing from one to another. Not paying for multiroom but can't get out contract until elite tech admit it can't be fixed which they.wont. 4 boxes and numerous complaints Comreg are now dealing with it. Terrible service Horrible experience. Ps. Soarview and Freeview for the future.
Have had no incoming calls since April 4th. I have called over 20 times, SPENDING HOURS WAITING.I have spoken to Swapna, Amir, Naveed, and many many more. They all apologised and promised to find a solution. NOTHING!A JOKE and crying SHAME of a COMPANY! "Service providers are allowed 10 working days to resolve your complaint." This is from Communications regulator.But, VODAFONE does not care!
I tell you what wrong I ordered a phone from then last week and it never got to my address but got to someone else and we don't know who took the phone so they have their fxxk if I'm paying a bill for a phone i didn't even get thanks for sure
Vodafone's online site only allows them to be contacted by existing customers. There are no customer service, sales or support options without a customer number. There is no phone number to call for help, no email address, even their Complaints system is on the other side of this brick wall. I was hoping to migrate a mobile account from my existing service provider to Vodafone but after 30 minutes I discovered they are uncontactable, one must physically go to a shop to get help. If I had answers to my questions I might have gone but since they have put themselves beyond normal phone and internet contact, they can do without my business.
I’m currently with Vodafone for around 2 years and I’m happy with their services. They are quick to respond, have good renewal offers and any problems I had were quickly fixed and I believe they have the best mobile coverage. Multiple options available to contact them, that’s a bonus for me, so keep up the good work Vodafone.
