Automatic payment failed and I got an email saying that if a second time fails I get overcharged 10

Automatic payment failed and I got an email saying that if a second time fails I get overcharged 10 euros. The thing is I did notice that the payment had failed and went to try and pay it back that same day, but their application failed in one way or another, it either not loaded the Pay button or it says Something went wrong, try later. Hahahaha, I should get a 10 euros discount every time the page/app fails to process a payment ;). The company is a disgrace, but it does no matter because they will face no consequence, we pay for their shortcomes instead.

Webchat poor level of service and communication I have experienced regarding a refund of €200.After spending 40 minutes providing details via your webchat service, I was informed that I would need to call my bank to get them to cancel the tranaction (even though the transaction was complete and was in Vodafone account) or need to call vodafone or wait two to three days for a return call. And then tried to sell me a new contract. As a business owner, I find this delay unacceptable; if a customer overpays in error, I ensure the refund is processed immediately.Was told to contact my bank, which didnt seem right, as they would have to contact Vodafone to get them to send back the money. And I contacted the bank and they confirmed my thoughts, that its Vodafone that would have to send back the money.It appears that while your sales and sign-up processes are efficient, your support for resolving existing issues is significantly lacking. I used the Webchat service instead of ringing. However ended up calling the bank and then rang Vodafone. Who then eventually found the issue and said would refund the money. so if you do have an issue ring 1907 and insist or wait to talk to an agent. Webchat is a waste of time.

The online offer said this, but the contract wrote otherwise. Ambiguous, misleading wordings, tricks with numbers and finally, overcharges. When I complained, the customer service first denied that they received the email while their system clearly acknowledged it. Liars. Even when they replied, it was just full of BS, double talk, no answers to questions, just repeating that they want the payment. Without rectifying the complaint they cut the service and they still demanded payment!The contract is now over but they still just demand...No respect for customers. Disgusting, greedy company.Maybe this is not the real Vodafone. I’ve been using their services across EU countries for two decades and never had a problem, but in Ireland... Hard to describe without being censored.

Had a very good experince in vodafone…

Had a very good experince in vodafone store in grafton street, Yash made my day, I am 85 and not good with phone my phone was heavily infected with virus, other staff ignored me and Yash was with me for about an hour fixing my phone and did not even charge me as i am a long time customer with vodafone really appriciate his help and Thankyou Vodafone

Internet was good but customer service…

Internet was good but customer service was terrible. I was a customer 10 years and never again. Im moving house and wabyed to cancel contract. My contract had expired years ago. It was very difficult for me to cancel contract. Almost impossible to get talking to anyone

Scam

Very bad charge me extra every single month I called them every single month for overcharge they just don’t care but when you stop paying them they put you in black list not fair don’t trust bill pay just a scam all networks same they sell you the dream after they take your bank details they charge how much they want 😡

Service ok. Account management impossible

We use Vodafone for mobile, internet and landline. These services are fine. But try to use their website or the app for anything account related and you’ll fail every time. I recently had to change my bank card, and my mobile bill is now overdue as it was paid automatically from that card. I’ve tried multiple times over a week to pay the bill, or change my payment method and every time I get debug code errors or “something went wrong” messages. You would never think that Vodafone was a company selling technology services from the performance of their website and app. You would think they would at least get right the part where they take your money, but not even that.
