Great company to use

Very helpful when phoned and booked the appointment. Great communication from start to finish with the engineer. He arrived on time and fixed my oven and was very nice will definitely use again

A very good experience. Was able to arrange the day the engineer would call. Confirmed later in email. I was contacted on the day of the visit by the engineer who gave me his estimated time of arrival and I outlined the problem I had. He arrived on time was able quickly to identify the problem I had and explained it clearly to me. I was satisfied and could see for myself what needed to be done. I did have some difficulty when initially making contact with the firm. The line was unclear which made the beginning of the conversation difficult to understand and respond to.

Easy to book appointment and date and window of attendance confirmed in same call. This was followed by the name of the attending Technician and his contact number. The technician Mr Yanki’ was polite and dealt with the problem in very quick time. He knew what to do and was out very fast. No mess, no time wasting.

AVOID THIS SERVICE

AVOID THIS SERVICE! Two issues with our oven that are still to be fixed. For a visit under ten minutes we were charged £84 and after several emails back and forth and pointless apologies we are still waiting for a refund. Lies back and forth between engineer and his manager that basically say - well we arrived, for a seven minute service you need to pay £84. Lies that the engineer has sent us details of the door we need - which he said he would find, and lies he has tried to return. The lack of professionalism is overwhelming. Even when we booked the faults we were advised yes it can be fixed. Communication was awful. Engineer was late but he was super pleased to be finishing early on Friday! I am in the wrong job if I can earn £84 in seven minutes. Really dissapointed as we are £84 down and still have a door missing oven.
