Initially contacted NAC repair as dishwasher had an error 25 code. Engineer came said a pipe was pointing wrong way under sink, he said that was all and said it was working. It wasnt. 2nd visit said something in the pump said he’d fixed it, he left, I opened the door, that fell off luckily he was still outside the house i asked to replace the door properly. He did, I switched the machine on after 5 mins same error code . 3rd visit he apologised and said the pump has some movement so it needed a new one. 4th visit he replaced the pump, said it was working. He left i switched it on after 5 mins it started bleeping. First visit was 17 October, I’ve spent hours hanging on their phone line and when my calls eventually are answered am told no manager will speak to me and i just have to rebook an engineer . This service is totally unacceptable. They wont give me a refund, and we still after 4 weeks have a dishwasher that doesn't work. AVOID
Oven external glass door fell off in our hand. We called NAC and the lady claimed on the phone; “it’s a common fault, we can fix that.”Engineer turned up and instantly claims; “I can’t fix that, you need a new door.” From office to engineer they need to get their information correct before hand. Were charged £84 call out which of course we were well aware of before hand. But upon leaving the engineer claims he’d contact us with the correct door and send us the link. He has since claimed he never said that…. He literally did!We made a complaint with the office and after some back and forth we’re now being told the engineer was only there to diagnose and not fix… again this was NOT how it was interpreted to us!!! This needs to be sorted internally 1st and stated clearly to the customer? So we’ve paid £84 and not received any kind service at all. How is miss communication among staff members our problem? Even a little help with so much as a link to a new door would be most appreciated but instead the company are doubling down and actively lying and now claiming the engineer has tried to visit us since to fix the problem is factual NOT TRUE! (By all means please prove this! Because our camera footage certainly will!) when it didn’t need to get to this point. My advise to anyone reading this is to get EVERYTHING in writing and not hand over a single penny until you’re satisfied otherwise you may end up paying £84 for 7 minutes as well
My washer door wouldn’t open so I went online to look for a washer repair company. I came across Nacrepair.co.uk and booked online late at night, completing a description of problem. A message said a member of staff would contact me during working hours. First thing next morning Monday, I was called by a very polite guy who said he could come on Tuesday. When he came he didn’t have the part so had to order it for £15 plus the £80 stated when I booked. I had to pay the £95 up front and then wait for part to come, the guy said if it arrived the next day he would come and fit it, but it didn’t arrive. He rang on Wednesday and said part arrived and could come by 3pm. He called back anout 10 am and said could come then, which I appreciated as my washing pile was now quite large! Very efficient, tidy and respectful of property. I would use again. Thank you.
