Your engineer Anil Gurung was prompt

Your engineer Anil Gurung was prompt, he checked what I thought was a problem and declared it in good order.He pulled the oven out tp find the registration number and showed me how to use the oven controls.He was knowledgable polite and quick.He was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Recommended and will use again

Recommended and will use again. I booked an appointment late on Thursday the next available was Monday which was fantastic. I was contacted Friday with Chris's number and he went out of his way, on his weekend to contact me to let me know what time he was going to be with us on the Monday. The call out was only £80 and peace of mind was given. If we need their services again, we will use.

Tumble dryer

My tumble dryer started making a screeching noise.The engineer, Steve, contacted me shortly after I called NAC and arranged a convenient time to visit.He sourced and fixed the problem and checked the dryer was working properly.I am very happy with the service and with Steve’s competence and manner.
