Very disappointed completely let me…

Very disappointed completely let me down. Booked on Monday for a repair on Thursday, no one arrived or contacted us and I had to call them back twice to be told eventually the engineer was sick and they had no one else. What a waste of time.

Excellent service

Nico was on time and a very polite and very efficient at his job , he put a new part in our fridge and he told us that it may not cure the prob as the compressor was very hot and it wasnt worth repairing due to the cost he told us to turn the appliance off for 48 hrs which we did but unfortunately it didn't work so we have bought a new fridge . But overall we give top marks and we would use your company again and recommend you to our friends . 10/10.

Courteous, knowledgeable and thorough tradesman.

The tradesman arrived promptly to repair my oven. He was courteous and thorough and checked everything he did - valuable attributes these days! I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.
