So simple - booked a repair for my microwave oven on- line. Very quickly given a date for the engineer to visit, who then the night before, gives an ETA.Engineer Robert, very friendly and helpful, quickly discovered the fault. Part was ordered and Robert a few days later replaced the partWould definitely would use again - vey efficient from start to finish
Very simple process in booking the repair online. Received a call back from the repairer giving me a time for the repair visit which was confirmed on the day by a second call. Engineer arrived on time and completed the repair very efficiently. Subsequently received a payment request by text message and again the online process was very simple and straightforward. Excellent!.
Booked a slot with a supposed local company, needed to be Thursday morning. Got sent a number for the 'engineer', but it was a team, not a specific person. They then claimed they couldn't specify morning or afternoon. Next full day I could do is three weeks away, so I would have had to wait three weeks without a washing machine.Very poor taking a booking under false pretences.
