Needed to seek help over the weekend. Used the web service and my issues were dealt with and message from them and the allocated engineer.Agreed a visit for Tuesday, engineer communicated the time of arrival and dealt with the issue promptly. Held the spare parts on his van.Great job.
The appointment for a engineer visit was straightforward and communication clear and timely. The cost was clearly explained and the service explained concisely. The engineer arrived on time, assessed the problem and helpfully discussed solutions and costs. Unfortunately, our dishwasher was beyond repair without excessive cost so we took the engineer's advice and bought a new one
