Danny contacted us promptly and arranged to call and look at our faulty oven. The oven needed a new element and again the order of part and replacement was very quick. Danny communicated the the status efficiently throughout the process.
Steve contacted us the same day we phoned our problem in to NAC Repairs and came round the next day. He was cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. He understood the problem, showed us the offending part and explained our options. Based on this information we decided a new machine would be best for us. But whatever Steve did when he temporarily removed the part seems to have had a miraculous effect and for the time being at least our tumble dryer is working! Even if this isn`t a permanent solution, we know from Steve`s advice what steps to take next.Many Thanks to Steve and to very pleasant and efficient NAC Repairs.
After the initial call to the call centre which was efficient.They explained the procedure and got a call from the engineer asking what times I would be in and then arranged a visit.Found the fault and ordered the part.Part arrived sooner than the engineer was told.Got another phone call from engineer to state that he could fit me in the same day part arrived.Engineer fitted part and all is OK now.Engineer was very good and polite.
DO NOT USE!I recently had one of their engineers come out to do a dishwasher repair. He was at my house for 10 minutes, he did not take apart the dishwasher to perform any checks or run any diagnostic tests. He came to the conclusion that the electrical board needed replacing without testing it. We have paid £80 for this despite him doing absolutely nothing and he said he would be in touch regarding new parts. I had to call the engineer as he did not call me back like he promised. He then said the parts will be too expensive to replace and I should just get a new dishwasher. I logged a complaint with the company and they have done nothing about it. I tried calling them on the number I used to book the original job and they did not answer or call back. I used my partners phone to call them as I knew they would not recognise the number and they called back immediately thinking it was new business and said they are looking into the complaint. 3 weeks have gone by and I have not heard anything and they are still ignoring my calls!
Speedy response, great communication throughout. Stephen was very professional explained what the fault was and everything he was doing and why, throughout the fridge freezer repair. Excellent customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.
An engineer cane and "repaired" my washing machine. Fixed a new hose but yet my machine is still leaking. Get told to book a revisit can't do this online so have to ring except the 2 phone numbers don't even ring they just start with an automated message stating all phone lines are busy. Been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting them to book a revisit.
