It was straightforward booking a visit

It was straightforward booking a visit. The engineer contacted me to arrange a day and two hour time slot for the visit. He sent a further message to say he would be one hour earlier than expected. He repaired the machine with minimal disruption. Would use services again.

Answer came there None. Abandoned.

Initially they turned up on time and identified the problem. So far so good. My washer needed a new part and I was told they would try and locate one. I waited over a week and then decided to check if a replacement part was looking possible. I rang and there was no reply. I rang the following two days and still no reply. I then tried the email that was given in the phone message as a help line, it bounced back to me. Twice. I then realised I still had a text message from James on my mobile so I texted. No reply. The initial visit was a fortnight ago and since then any contact has been impossible. It's a though they packed up and did a moonlight flit. I only needed an answer to my question. I'm not the first this has happened to either. Pathetic.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Terrible customer service. We had an engineer visit to replace the door seal on our washing machine, and he removed the clamp during the repair. He told us he would return to finish the job once we had the replacement clamp, but he never came back.We have been calling the company, emailing them, and even trying to contact the engineer directly — no response at all. They took our money and left the job unfinished.Please be aware of this company. They do not provide the service they promise, and support is completely unavailable.
