Everything went perfectly for our outward and return journey , driver was friendly and helpful. His driving was very good, I am a nervous passenger and relaxed easily. Seats were comfy and charging points were available. Didn’t need to use the facilities but a toilet was available
I have been using National express for years now and never experienced any issues with them. The coach has always been on time or even earlier, the staff is always super friendly and helpful, the driver as well is careful on the road and helpful and always handles my luggage with care when storing it in the lower compartment of the bus AND a huge plus is that it's usually cheaper than other coaches. One time I have been late for one of my coaches, but the next coach easily accepted my plea to drive with them in order to get to my flight. I will be continuing using their services and so should others while travelling to ease their journey.
