So I have received feedback from National Express to my one star review Only regarding one of the numerous tickets I had to purchase to complete my journey.Obviously no option to include any more than oneThe response states “ the are unable to predict motorway closures and heavy traffic “I completely agree, however allowing a passenger to book a ticket with a connection with a PLANNED closure of the M4 and then two PLANNED football matches in London !!Five national express coaches stuck at Heston services because the drivers were about to exceed driving time !!!

Good service

National Express is still one of the best options to travel internally, within the UK. Very reliable and safe, I've never experienced any issues with the company/ drivers. The only negative I'd mention are at times, other passengers. On this subject, I encountered though, on the route London to Cardiff, a driver who was very clear about the ground rules, and this helped a lot. If this approach could be implemented by all the drivers, this would make a great positive difference in the quality of the journey.

I paid for a seat

I paid for a seat, and was not able to sit in that seat due to someone else sitting there, spoke to the driver and nothing was done about it. She refused to move.
