The driver let some passengers in with a ticket for a different time at the start of the journey and as a consequence, when it got to further stations, there were no seats left for people that had bought a ticket for that precise journey.He then asked the people that he had previously let in to get off the bus, which they didn't and as a consequence he said he would not leave again until they got off. He held us at a station for 30 minutes to resolve this and we all got to the airport pretty late and ended up having to run through security.
I've been using national express coaches for last few weeks travelling to my brother's house up north and back down to London and so far all my drivers have been nice polite and helpful. Journey is always straight forward doesn't feel like a 3 and half hour journey. Love travelling with nation express
