The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Sandals are advertised as “ergonomic, orthopaedic for pain relief “Don’t be caught as I was! They are cheap, plastic shoes with flimsy heels, not leather as advertised! Cheap made in china! I sent emails to cancel/ get a refund! But “Emma “ from customer service blocked everything, giving generic answers. Offered 20% discount if I kept the order/ alternatively I could return the shoes at my expense- £30 from the UK!! This company are not in the Uk as advertised- they are Hong king based. A total scam- disgrace and disgusting! Don’t go there, don’t order anything as you’ll be wasting your money and be very dissatisfied. They should be struck off the internet! Absolute scam and tricksters- if I could rate zero stars it would be too many! Enough said
I bought these sandals as I have a problem with my ankle. The quality of the sandals are definitely not as expected. Very expensive and will not help with my ankle in fact more likely to cause me more problems. I want to return these sandals but the return policy is not easy and is also expensive and no guarantee that I will get my money back. I would never have bought this product had I have realised very disappointed

How come there’s all these bad reviews on trust pilot yet on Natrustep they have 5 stars. So if you’re reading this it’s too late, you’ve been conned like the thousands whose comments are exactly true. Not based in the Uk, not orthopaedic, cheap plastic. 14 day money back (well that’s a joke). Report to your local trading standards
Like other reviewers, I wish I’d read these reviews first. Sizing appalling - I ordered a 6.5 after following the advice on the website. What I received was more like a 4.5; my big toe actually hung over the front edge of the sandal! The parcel took ages to arrive and I’m not holding my breath for a refund after contacting ‘Chatbot Emma’. Quite passive/aggressive language used in the probably AI generated reply: ‘Please send your inquiry only once via email. Repeated replies to your ticket or sending a new email with the same concern (for example, one or two days later) will cause your ticket to be placed at the end of the queue and treated as a new request’ in other words ‘go away and stop wasting your time, you’re not going to see your money again’. DO NOT use this company and warn as many people as you can to do the same. Total scammers.
