Broken ShoesThese shoes are comfortable, but have both broken across the ball of the sole within 2 months of purchase. The company are not interested in replacing them, although they are now unwearable. Very poor quality. I have now had a reply from naturstep with a false email address stating that they will sort the problem out if I contact them. No way of contacting them. this is clearly a complete scam
Sorry but your shoes are definitely not orthopedic. I have two pairs of real Dr. Comfort orthopedic shoes and these do not hurt my feet and soles. Your shoes are cheaply made and do not provide the support and comfort that you advertise. It would cost me more to return them to you so therefore, I will discard them before I do damage to my feet. Sorry that I did not read all of the prior reviews which warned that your Naturstep orthopedic shoes were not of a high quality, which they are not. Be truthful about what you are advertising.
Do not buy from these people. They don’t send the sizes ordered and then it costs money to return the wrong size shoes to China and then takes about 3 months to get back what you paid.The shoes (as well as being the wrong size) are very flimsy and badly made

Then they blamed Paypal and asked me to close the issue but I hadn’t contacted Paypal.A1 response now thanks me for my order it had run out of messages to send me.DO NOT BUY

I ordered a pair of sandals size 40. The size sent was 36. I contacted them straight away. I received a reply stating I could keep the 'item' and get a discount on my next purchase! I replied that they were no use to me as I need 40 not 36. Meanwhile, both the acknowledgement of my order and the invoice disappeared into the ether, so I cannot quote my order number, but quoted my address.

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and needed well cushioned, supportive sandals. The sandals I bought gave neither, despite the claims. Do not buy from this company. Quality is distinctly lacking and not worth the money they are charging.
