They make their products sound great but trust me, it's garbage. Of course they only post the fake 5 star ratings on their website but if you do research prior to throwing your money away you will be glad you did. I bought a pair the were worse than a 10.00 pair of shoes from dollar general or Walmart. One shoe had an arch under the heel the other shoe had none at all. Cheaply made shoes and forget a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Quality of shoes appalling and the SENT THE WRONG SIZE! Eventually got an address to return them - paid to return them (TO CHINA) - they have just been returned to me from customs - they never picked them up. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Save yourself the pain and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - TOTAL SCAMMERS!

Please, please, please, please do not buy from this online shop; they are scammers. I accidentally bought two pairs of shoes and wanted to cancel the order immediately, right after one minute. They said it wasn't possible. The shoes had to arrive before I could return them. I accepted this. After a very long time, two poor-quality shoes arrived, and I sent them back. I have to say, I had to pay €22 for them, and after a long wait, they told me the shoes hadn't arrived. I asked at the post office, and they said if they hadn't arrived, the shoes would have been returned to me, so they're lying. They received the shoes, and they haven't refunded my €100, and I also paid €22 for shipping. So be careful and don't buy from this online shop; they are scammers.

I spend 85% of my time on my feet and…

I spend 85% of my time on my feet and have been looking for a good shoe for a long time one that holds up on hard floors and makes my legs feel good at the end of the day. These are by far the best shoes I have ever gotten. I read all the terrible reviews and I thought oh my I made a mistake, but I love my shoes. I got two pair and hope that you’ll be willing to give them a try. They fit perfect they’re cushy. I really feel bad that there are so many dissatisfied customers.

I have emailed the firm giving all the details that they requested and they have still not replied a

Ordered sandals in May.... they arrived in June and were rubbish...I asked for a refund and was given an address in China and told to return them myself at my own cost!!!! £20I tracked them and they arrived in china in June....no sign of a refund... repeated emails to the company about a refund have been ignored.Today....late September....I have had the parcel returned to the me !!! What is that all about? A complete waste of money....nearly £60 spent and a pair of rubbish sandals to show for it. A complete rip-off Don't EVER deal with this firm...they only want to steal your money.

1 star is too high.Just received another generic email.Ive received so many generic emails.Their website states refunds with 14 days. That's a laugh Ive been waiting since beginning of June.Theyre laughing at us. Im furious

Outstanding Refund

Even though they replied I’m still waiting on a refund, they should not be allowed to trade, disgraceful.Wouldn’t even give them 1*. Terrible customer service, still waiting on a refund from returned goods months ago. Which cost £20 to return!Horrendous, deeply disappointed.Shelly

I would prefer to give no stars but not an option. Bought a pair of sandals which, within one month fell apart. 43 emails later and a promise of a refund in October, still nothing! Latest email returned saying address no longer exists. Absolute rip off. DO NOT BUY!!
