I didn’t buy it BUT DAMN THE REVIEWS

I didn’t buy it, but I really needed some good hiking shoes and I amazingly read the reviews first instead of after purchasing and I’m soooo glad I did. I’m so sorry to all the people who have experienced problems with this website but you taught me me a good lesson. Also you can just guarantee your money back by contacting VISA and opening a dispute, works like a charm.

Steer well clear

Just wished I had read reviews - sandals did arrive - three sizes too small and wrong colour. They look so cheap and nothing like the advert. Steer well clear of this company - trying to get refund through Klarna but not hopeful!

This company should be prosecuted as…

This company should be prosecuted as they are taking advantage of so many honest people. They promote themselves as a UK company offering good quality shoes at a very competitive price.However when we received the shoes we realise that what we had purchased was very poor quality products.We bought two pairs which cost just under £100 and decided to return for the reasons above on the 1st of May. The postage to China cost a further £31 and we are still waiting for a reimbursement. According to Royal Mail they have been in Chinese customs for the past 4 weeks* Please DO NOT buy any products from this company!!*Still stuck in customs after 11 weeks now!

shoes unsuitable. Offered £20 to keep them rather than return. Asked for return address which was in Hong Kong. Paid £20 for recorded delivery only for them to be returned as address would not accept them.£70 out of pocket as no refund received. Subsequently no reply to any email

Warning!!!

Do not buy from this company, read all the reviews! I too was sent sandals that were at least two sizes smaller than ordered. In order to get a refund I'd have to return them to Guangdong Province, China at my own expense. No chance.

Misleading Offers, Unreliable Customer Service, and Delayed Refund

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with this shop. 1. They constantly display misleading marketing on their website, saying “The offer will end by today”, but the exact same message appears the next day — and the day after that. This is clearly a tactic to pressure customers unnecessarily. 2. I returned my items and received confirmation that they had been received, but even after 18 days, no refund was issued. 3. Only after sending several complaint emails, and finally contacting them via PayPal, did I receive my refund — and very quickly after that, which makes the previous delay even more frustrating.This experience has really damaged my trust in this shop, both in terms of transparency and customer service.
