While the products are being advertised as high-quality and such, the actual quality of the product is very poor and not at all as advertised. Even though the products are, according to the package sticker, sent from a German warehouse, they have to be returned to China at high costs, making it financially unattractive to do so. For me, this constitutes a scam as the products are definitely not worth the price tag put on them and getting your money back is basically impossible. Avoid at all costs!
Delivery took 16 days from order to arrival. The Naturstep Shoes offer absolutely no support, very thin soles, very cheap quality, no orthopedic advantages whatsoever. The "Abroll" form is simply something they built into their website. The shoes have thin flat soles. Don't be fooled by their advertising. Would give no stars at all but this website only allows a minimum of a one star rating. I hope other consumers can profit from my experience.
