Requested a return label, but no refund yet

I ordered the wrong ladder and asked for a return label on the same day (18th Dec). I returned it on the 19th, but I still haven't received my refund. I've provided proof of postage, but they aren't replying to my emails. I used their service through a marketplace, but I won't be using them again.

Would rate zero if possible

If I could rate zero, I would! I ordered through a marketplace on 23/12/2025 and was given a tracking number for dispatch on 24/12. It was supposed to arrive by 27/12, but here we are on 31/12 with no order. The tracking shows the delivery service is still waiting for the item. I've made multiple inquiries with no response regarding a refund. Very poor customer service; I won't be using them again.

Disappointing experience

I ordered a gaming chair as a birthday gift through a marketplace, and it arrived a week late with no communication. To add to the frustration, they sent the wrong color. They couldn't even arrange for a collection, so I had to take the large item to the post office myself. When I requested the correct item, they refused and issued a refund instead. Communication was slow, and overall, there was a lack of customer service. I've reported their conduct to the marketplace. Avoid.

Extremely poor service

I ordered two items and paid for express delivery, but it turned out there was nothing express about it. Only one item has arrived. The delivery service they use is also unreliable, and I can't reach anyone to resolve the issue. I do not recommend them at all.

An absolutely terrible experience

This company is absolutely terrible. I placed an order through a marketplace with a two-day delivery promise, but it never arrived. My emails went unanswered. Perhaps the marketplace should reassess their brand reputation and consider removing them.

Everything is fine

Despite my initial hesitation after reading negative reviews, I had a positive experience. The only downside was that the marketplace marked it as 'delivered' when it wasn't. The treadmill arrived on the promised day. I'm pleased.
