I first purchased two NeoPro jerseys in the spring of 2022 and out of all the kit I've purchased, these have become my go to when riding. The fit is great, quality is outstanding, and I love the style. I have two more jerseys coming and can't wait to add them to my collection. I've also had a great experience with the company. There communication about my order keep me informed and the product was shipped as expected.I highly recommend NeoPro kits for everyone.
This is a revised review- I previously had two bad experiences concerning shipping charges and delivery times but customer service reached out to resolve the situation. Nick went above and beyond to make things right and I have since made another purchase and as always the gear is top notch.
I have purchased *many* items from NeoPro over the last year and love them all! I ended up selling all my bibs/shorts from other brands after finding their bibs and cargo bibs to be far more comfortable and flattering to my shape! I also have short and long sleeve jerseys, a gilet, rain jacket, winter kit, socks, and other items from NeoPro, and they've all been exceptionally good quality given the price! They wash and wear well. I am a curvy girl, which is a bit anxiety-inducing when it comes to sizing in the cycling world, but found their size chart to be accurate and the fit excellent. My size chart sizing is race fit but not uncomfortable like other brands I have purchased. I do sometimes go up a size for a looser fit when it pleases me! I've also purchased multiple items for my partner, and he's been happy with everything as well.I received timely and polite customer service when I had an issue with one item. I find their team to be engaged, interested, and quick to respond on social media channels as well. Highly recommended.
Found NeoPro through a facebook ad a few years ago, and since then haven't bought any other brand. I initially wasn't sure on sizing as I sit between sizes in almost everything I wear. Ordered a couple of different sizes to try and sent back what didn't fit. Quick responses and easy process. I wear a M/L in tshirts and ended up with a L in NeoPro kit.Quality is great and my original order is still going strong. I have about 8 bibs and get out to ride most days. While I can tell which are my oldest, they are still comfortable and I would still do a long ride in them.The updated fabric and cut of the jersey is a fantastic addition, with full sleeve options to keep the sun off. Fits really well and stands up to long rides with no problem.Just received my latest order which arrived in a couple of days which was better than expected. I have recommended them to multiple people who echo my feelings about the quality and price of the kit. Would highly recommend!
