Disappointed in the quality

I am disappointed in the quality, particularly the quality of the jersey fabric. It is basic polyester that feels wet and clamming on rides. I bought the Bliss jersey and it developed a small hole after one laundering. NeoPro gear IS inexpensive, so you get what you pay for.

Worst customer service. Misleading statements about having the "best quality." Threads pulled while on super gentle wash, inside out, with nothing else in washer, ON FIRST WASH. Now they refuse to accept return. And took months to ship.

This is the first time I've ever written a review on a company. This is hands down the worst customer service I have experienced. I put in an order on March 7 and after a week of not hearing anything I emailed to ask what was happening. They said shipping delays with no further useful information. I followed up two more times to keep being told they have a shipping delay. When I checked their site to see the item in stock again, they cancelled my order. Was it because the item was listed for $10 more? Maybe. They might have decent products, but they don't know how to run their business.

Slowest delivery ever. No idea of items ordered are on back order, if they’re in stock or when they’ll be sent. Don’t order unless you can wait at least a month. The gear is ok but the service is rubbish.
