They added a subscription to my order that I didn't choose and charged me for it. They refused to refund, claiming I must have known I selected it. I canceled the subscription on the same day, but a month later, I was charged again for the same subscription I had canceled. They insisted they didn't know about my cancellation but promised to cancel it this time. I know they're not being honest because I checked the portal before contacting them again, and there was no subscription listed. They continue to deny any refunds, claiming I'm lying, but I have proof of my cancellation.

First off, the product doesn't work. They claim a 60-day money-back guarantee, but it's all false. They automatically subscribe you and charge you monthly for reorders that never arrive, taking money from your account without authorization. I've tried reaching them, but a week later, I still haven't heard back. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one. Total scam.
They did not honor my cancellation after my first order. For months, they continued to deduct nearly $50 CAD from my account despite my cancellation in July. It still shows as 'pending' when I check. They claimed it wasn’t processed in time and offered me a 'free' bottle, which isn't free if I’ve already paid hundreds. They refuse to refund me, and I’ll have to involve my bank to reverse these charges. Avoid this company; they prey on vulnerable individuals with their predatory subscriptions.
