Both product and service was excellent. The order process was easy, the furniture of great quality and value, and the packing and delivery was the best I have received during the complete renovation of my house. I would certainly use Newby again and would highly recommend.
Great experience with ordering hall cabinet from this company. Order was delivered carefully when expected and there was no damage. Unit is lovely quality and exactly what I wanted. I’ve had it over 6 months now and still looks as good as when delivered. I recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using again.
We are very pleased with the quality of the Jack oak & metal wine/drinks cabinet. The cabinet is a statement piece of furniture and we are very glad we purchased.Customer Service from Richard and his team was polite, friendly and professional and felt like personal customer service rather than dealing with a call centre.We paid for the White Glove Service and pleased we did as the cabinet was extremely heavy and even the delivery men struggled with the weight. They brought it in, unpacked it (took packaging away), fitted the legs and interior lights and positioned it. There was an issue with a short in the interior lights but this was quickly rectified with a new set of lights send to us.I would highly recommend Newby House Interiors and the service provided by Richard and his team. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
I am regular online buyer but never faced such a bed customer service as in Newby Interiors. I pre-ordered dining table 16th of Nov,per website info it should come in stock 30th of Nov and delivered to me in 7 days. After 3 weeks I contacted Newby customer service myself and found out that my item was delayed, I was told that a colleague who was looking after my order is off sick that's why I wasn't notified about delay. After 3 weeks delayed item came badly damaged. Contacted customer service and found out that they are not going to be able to exchange it before Christmas as their courier is too busy at this time. Newby sales manager Richard Lloyd offered an exchange in a middle of January, advised me to use damaged table on Christmas and offered £50 compensation for an inconvenience. When I replied that I would like to take a full refund to be able to buy a table somewhere else I got an answer from Richard that if I am asking for refund I am not going to get a compensation and will receive my money at the end of January after they organise damaged table pick up. He ended his e- mail saying that he feels that he done everything he could for me and has nothing to add. I was in shock. Really rude and unhelpful.
I already had some Bradley furniture but wanted to add to it. Newby House Interiors had an excellent choice. It arrived quickly and was wrapped appropriately to avoid damage. From start to finish the experience with this company was excellent
Ordered a garden sofa from this company price was very competitive and the actual sofa quality was far better than we expected at this price. When it arrived we had a small issue with one of the plastic legs which Richard Lloyd sorted out immediately would highly recommend this company
Bought a mirror from this store in august last year and it’s still amazing. I pre ordered it, they kept in contact with me regarding changes to shipment dates etc and fully kept me in the loop. When it was back in stock it said I should get it delivered in around a week - it came sooner which is fab! Again, lots of communication regarding delivery time slots
