Newby House? Oh yes!

Ordered a bookcase and despite some delays totally outside their control, it arrived today and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Richard kept me updated on the delays and expected delivery every step of the way - CS like this sadly seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days.Would thoroughly recommend Newby House and hope to use them again in the future.

Super service, great item and great communication.…

We ordered a headboard for my elderly auntie so we were a little nervous having never used this company before however they were amazing. Great communication, lovely delivery driver and best of all my Auntie absolutely loved the headboard.

Excellent quality and customer service

Really fast response to my delivery queries and flexibility. Newby House Interiors were also best value for the sideboard I bought. The item was really well packaged, in fact it arrived in a crate not cardboard!

High quality outdoor furniture

We ordered outdoor furniture for our patio area last year. Very good quick delivery etc and the Alarna furniture is of high quality and looks as good one year on as when it was delivered. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service from start to finish. From initial enquiry to sending me a sample to delivery. Very slight issue with a small item which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I dealt with Richard and he was very professional and responded quickly to any queries. Would def recommend and would def use again 😊

Can you help please

Hello ordered my electric fire received it absolutely love it, had it in the spare room, ordered 72 inch in black, unfortunately it to large for my wall, should have got the black 60inch, bought it earlier because getting the work done later in the year, so decided to take fire into living room, realized it was to big is there anything you can do to help gutted

So easy to deal with

So easy to deal with, the product delivery and assembly all completed with no hassle . I would certainly recommend anyone to buy from this company. The couriers TDC were also first rate, they assembled all the furniture and disposed of the packing.
